Deposit equal to the first night’s rate.

The deposit is non-refundable, however, if notice of cancellation is received 7 days prior to check in we will transfer your deposit to another date within 6 months of the original booking date. Cancellation within 7 days of your arrival date will result in your deposit being lost.

Please note there is a 1% fee on all VISA and MASTERCARD payments, and a 3% fee on all AMEX and Diner’s Card payments.

Kangaroo Valley Golf and Country Retreat (KVGCR) will require a physical Credit Card upon arrival for golf and accommodation regardless of whether your booking has been paid in full or if there’s a balance remaining on the account.

KVGCR will take a $100 preauthorisation as a security deposit which will be refunded to your card within 24 hours upon check out providing no additional cleaning is required or damage to KVGCR property has occurred.

Please note that this refund can take up to 7 to 10 working days to show in your bank account, this time may vary depending on who you bank with. If a physical card cannot be provided we reserve the right to refuse entry and potentially cancel your booking.
