Stone fruit notes greet the nose which is then reflected onto

Pineapple jube up front, followed by a blend of fruit ranging from
green pear to white peaches. It retains a clean, dry finish.
This wine has a vibrant, youthful cedar met cassis leaf, mulberry,
black cherry, creating a delectably smooth and supple wine.

Our Seppeltsfield vineyard naturally produces opulent Shiraz;
saturated colour, deep fruit flavour intensity and soft, savoury tannins.

tannins and French oak influence.
A bright, vibrant magenta in colour, this Shiraz exhibits lifted aromas of
blackberries, redcurrants with hints of cracked pepper and delicate spices.

A bright, vibrant magenta in colour, this Shiraz exhibits lifted aromas of
blackberries, redcurrants with hints of cracked pepper and delicate spices.
Bin 389 was often referred to as ‘Baby Grange’,
in part because components of the wine are matured in
the same barrels that held the previous vintage of Grange. The 389 combines
the structure of cabernet sauvignon with the richness of shiraz.
Round, full bodied and complex with balsamic and spicy notes. Made for
Complex meat dishes, cured meat and rich first courses.

Our menu contains allergens and is prepared in a kitchen that handles nuts, shellfish and gluten. Whilst all reasonable effor ts
are taken to accommodate guest dietary needs we cannot guarantee that our food will be allergen free.
We request one bill per table, making it easier for everyone to relax and enjoy the dining experience without any fuss.
Had a really good time here with my wife, my brother and sister in-law. I wish we stayed more than one night. The food from the onsite restaurant was also very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful, plenty of Kangaroos, Wombats and native birds.
