Dear Steven,

Just a note to put on record our vote of appreciation for your initiative in securing such a quiet and sophisticated accommodation for the pair of us last Saturday evening.

The living situation at the two bedroom villa deluxe was excellent – a pristine home with a suberb view of neighbouring valley and north side escarpment. The views from our front veranda were superb, and as it turned out, even therapeutic!!

Many many thanks for the weekend - I think it was one of the ones I've enjoyed most - the weather held up, the atmosphere was great, most people made the effort to dress up on Saturday night and the food was the best yet. 

These weekends continue to grow in terms of their drawing power, yet the golf felt far less rushed than usual - on neither day did my group feel pushed from behind nor get unduly held up by the group in front.

"We would like to congratulate you and your team at the Resort for doing a great job both before and during our annual event. Your attention to detail concerning our ever changing accommodation requirements, dining, golfing and decorating made our job easier then it has ever been.

Jo's delicious food was commented on by many of our clients, I found the quality of the breakfasts the best I have had in any hotel worldwide, special mention has to be made of the most perfectly poached eggs I have ever eaten. The sight of many of our professional women clients gnawing on steak bones at dinner Saturday night really said it all!

We also found Carolyn in front of house to be very professional, friendly and helpful.

This was our 12th year and despite inclement weather on Saturday we have had nothing but positive feedback, more so then usual, so thank you Jacqui for all the hard work you put into our event.

We have already received bookings for next year 4, 5 & 6 November 2011 hope you are looking forward to doing it all again!"

Back on the 4th and 5th of November 2009, my work chose your location to hold a work meeting. During my stay I was overcome with a stomach virus which left me in bed for the duration of my stay. I would like to inform you of how great your staff were, ranging from the receptionists to the garden keepers - as they all assisted me when I was less then well in the ladies bathroom, and arranged for my room to remain available so I could rest it out.
Your staff made a huge difference to me as there is no worse a feeling then being far from home when your unwell. I would like for you to personally thank them all for me and they are a credit to your business and I am sure to visit you again.
